Collecting the Gift-Set arrangement

1. After successfully enrolled, main contact person will receive a confirmation email.
2. If you choose to “local surface mail”, the Gift-Set will post out within five working days. Lok Sin Tong shall not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
3. If you choose to “collect in person”, please present your confirmation email upon collection.
   Address: Head office of The Lok Sin Tong Benevolent Society, Kowloon (61 Lung Kong Road, Kowloon City)
   Office hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 1pm and 2pm – 6pm (Except Public Holidays)
4. If you choose to “delivery by SF Express”, the required freight will be paid by the receivers when it arrives. You may also collect the Gift-Set in SF stores or lockers.
   * Please fill in the address and code of the corresponding SF stores or lockers during enrollment.

   * Please fill in the authorization letter if Gift-Set will be collected by a third party.
   * Gift-Set of Family, Corporate and Group will be collected by the main contact person.

Terms and Conditions

1. Collecting Gift-Set in person is only valid from 1st November 2024 to 13th December 2024 for those who have successfully registered.
2. All group could only collect the Gift-Set once. The number of Gift-Set will be distributed according to the number of participant in each Family / Corporate and Group.
3. Participants who successfully enrolled must collect it in person, local mail or arrange delivery by SF Express at 1st November 2024 to 13th December 2024
4. Gift-Set can be collected by a third party. He/She must present authorization letter, confirmation email, a copy of the ID card of the participant and the representative at the time of collection.
5. Participants who successfully enrolled shall bear any transportation fees, taxes, insurance fees, or other expenses incurred by gifts.
6. The Lok Sin Tong Benevolent Society, Kowloon reserves the right to terminate, modify or change any gifts, arrangements and terms related to this event without prior notice.
7. The Lok Sin Tong Benevolent Society, Kowloon is not responsible for the quality of all Gift-Set and the services of related organizations.
8. In case of any disputes, the Lok Sin Tong Benevolent Society, Kowloon will reserve the right to make final decisions, and participants shall not object.
